How to read this flow
Water flows downward from the national appropriation to ministries, then into the selected ministry’s activities. Hover or focus an icon to trace its flow. Click to select and freeze that flow. While a ministry is selected, other ministries do not respond; its programme icons remain available. Hover a programme for its amount or click for details. Click the selected icon again, or Deselect, to resume hovering. Selecting a ministry from the menu also freezes its flow. Use Selection details for amounts and sources. Wider streams represent larger allocations within each level. Unselected streams are muted. Donor grants and loans are excluded. Animation represents allocations, not payments.
